Good Game - Needs Improvements

Overall this is an alright game. It can be fun to play, but also frustrating. Instead of writing a block review I will make a list of things I like and things I dont. Lets start with things I like:
1. You dont have to be a pay to play player to win, but you do have to play hard. I am not a pay player, but I have won top cards in events.
2. The events are enjoyable and can be played by all players after completing training.
3. Contest and participation in different activities for resources.
4. Communication by email from support when you email them about a problem (although its not always the answer you want to hear).
Now for the things I dont like and/or need improvement:
1. The lag during events is terrible.
2. The inconsistencies and glitches known by the support team during pvp battles especially during pvp events when spending resources.
3. Communication in game for players needs to be better. You currently cant contact people unless both players are online and you happen to catch each other.
4. Although events are enjoyable they can burn a person out. They constantly run the same 3 type of events over and over 5 out of 7 days a week with 2 days off. The only change is the rewards and event cards. Why not new maps or bosses? Other games do it....
Like I said in the beginning, Blades of Battle is a good game, it just needs some improvements. So for now I give 3 stars and maybe after some improvements are made I will be able to give an update...
